We met him at the 1st APEC Future Education Forum on September 8-11, 2005 Busan Korea .
I can't forget his favor and passion on education during the 1st APEC Future Education Forum.
I was so impressed by his devotion,  I introduced him to our teachers, and I'll introduce him to many other teachers in Korea.
 He is a chairman of ICT coordinating com of DepED of the Philippines and Senior education program specialist etc.
He is active,  kind, handsome and open-minded man.
I will never forget him.
