The Constitution of Korea-the Philippine Teachers Club
Chapter 1. General Rules
Article 1(Name) This constitution is called Korean-the Philippine Teachers Club. (This is called KPTC shortly.)
Article 2(Purpose) As KPTC studies the theory and practice of curriculum generally, it upgrades classwork and the quality of members through curriculum of Korea and the Philippine, and promotes mutual exchanges.
Article 3(Location) KPTC is located in Korea.(online)
Chapter 2. Project
Article 4(Project) This constitution does this project to accomplish the purpose of Article 2.
1. To hold on-line education and study meeting to revitalize the curriculum.
2. To progress the joint project and teaching through the development and application of ICT practical use education model, Project learning model, Static practical use education model, Subject combination teaching-learning model.
3. To publish the publications to improve teaching.
4. To exchange the information about the curriculum between both countries.
5. To promote the exchange of information and collaborating study through the coalition of the authority and society for the research.
6. To improve other education.
Chapter 3. Membership and Organization
Article 5 (Membership) The qualification for members is given to the people who support the purpose of this organization. Members should have the teacher's license of Philippine or Korea and should work in the elementary or middle educational institutions. The members are divided into a general and special grade, and we can employ some counselors and panel members. The person who wants to be a member should be approved by joining the on-line community.
Article 6 (Rights) The rights of members are:
1. The right to speak and vote in the general meeting.
2. The right to vote and qualify for election of an officer.
3. The right to participate in the project of this organization
Article 7 (Duties) The duties of members are:
1. The duty to observe the resolutions of this organization.
2. The duty to pay a prescribed membership fee.
3. The duty to participate in the joint study positively.
Article 8 (Disqualification) The members are disqualified by:
1. Voluntary resignation
2. The resolution of dismissal
Article 9 (Disciplinary punishment) The member who defames the reputation of this organization or impair the dignity of membership can be punished as the resolution of the general meeting.
Article 10 (Organization and officer constitution)
This organization shall consist of around 5 officers.
1. President : The president is a chairman as the representative to preside over all meetings and business of KPTC
2. Vice President : The action president in an emergency. The vice president is chosen from among the members, not including to the president's nation and manages the members including to the vice president's nation.
3. Treasurer : The treasurer manages business according to the President's commands.
4. Researcher : The researcher promotes the business such as study meetings, meetings for reading research papers, a plan for publishing the publications, data development etc.
5. Education / Information : It promotes the collection and diffusion of educational resources and the business about the homepage.
6. Public Relations / Arrangements : It promotes the external public relations and the business about all sorts of exhibitions.
7. The tenure of the president and officers is 1 year and 2nd term is possible.
8. The others : According to the decision of a general meeting, the necessary officers and systems are possible.
Chapter 4. Meeting
Article 11 (Meeting)
This meeting shall be held by following on-line or off-line.
1. The regularly meeting is held once a month online.
2. Other special meetings may be held at the discretion of the president and promote only the propose bill in the case of the president's recognition and the request of the majority of members.
3. The chairman convokes a general meeting before beginning the fiscal year of an assembly. Members vote the reorganization or the staff, research topics of next year, the revision of the rules, and matter.
4.(Fiscal year) The fiscal year of this meeting is from June 1st to May 31st.
Chapter 5. Additional Rules
Article 1 (A date of enforcement) This rules take effect from June 1, 2007.
Article 2 (The revision of the rules) The rules are revised by the proposal of a majority vote in the general meeting.
Article 3 (Homepage operation) The homepage of this organization is operated to share a lot of information and perform the task smoothly.
